Originally known as Advantage Seamless Gutters, our story began nearly 15 years ago with our founder and owner, Cory Jay, who wished to fill a gap in the industry by establishing strong roots in the Brainerd Lakes area with a high-quality seamless gutter installation company. With a focus on providing exceptional quality and value, we grew quickly from a husband-and-wife team of two to more than 75 dedicated employees that span our multiple Minnesota locations, as well as Adel, Iowa, and Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

With the addition of Neumann Construction, a reputable 20+-year strong company, Advantage continues to grow and expand in ways that increase the value we bring to our customers. Advantage Home Pros is our way of unifying the two distinct companies into one solid hub of home care solutions, brought to you by the same local team of skilled professionals.
